Led by the talented Chef Bryan, our kitchen brings the elegance of French cuisine together with bold, exciting Asian-inspired dishes. Whether you’re craving a perfectly cooked steak, fresh fish, handmade pasta, tender chicken, or delightful vegetarian and gluten-free options, we’ve got something for everyone to savor.

Beyond The Gates

Beyond the Gates is now open to the public! You no longer need to be a lodging guest to enjoy the estate’s world-class cuisine. We are proud to offer a reservation-only dining experience where every visit is intimate and memorable.

Join us for:

  • Happy Hour on Fridays from 3–5 PM, featuring handcrafted cocktails and savory bar bites

  • Dinner on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:30–9 PM

  • Sunday Brunch from 10 AM–2 PM

Reservations may be made up to two weeks in advance. If you wish to book beyond that timeframe, please call us directly to discuss availability.

Space is limited, so we require you to reserve your table in advance. At Beyond the Gates, every bite is a new adventure—we look forward to welcoming you soon.

Meet Our Chef -Bryan Kubas

Hailing from the Midwest, chef Bryan has been cooking for well over a decade. A wearer of many hats, he has cooked in smokehouses, steakhouses, gastropubs,  and upscale weddings venues. He has also bounced in nightclubs, been in charge of operations for weddings and events, and in 2023 he moved into his favorite role of all: fatherhood. Chef Bryan and his family relocated to southwest Colorado last year to raise their family. Specializing in “feel good” cuisine with an elegant twist, Chef Bryan gets inspiration from what each season offers, allowing for a constant flow of fresh ingredients and ideas. He is thrilled to have the opportunity to cook for you here at Keyah Grande; it’s literally a dream come true.

Fresh Ingredients at Beyond the Gates

At Beyond the Gates, each dish is crafted using the highest-quality, seasonal ingredients. Our culinary team is dedicated to working with trusted local farms and purveyors to source produce at its peak, ensuring vibrant flavors and nutrient-rich quality. We proudly partner with 84 Ranch for premium pork and Tooth & Gill Mushroom Co. for fresh, locally cultivated mushrooms—highlighting the authentic flavors of Colorado throughout our menu.

Keyah Grande is easily my favorite mountain escape. The setting is peaceful and stunning, with beautiful hiking trails and quiet ponds right on the property. The rooms are cozy, authenticly curated, and perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. They also have outdoor hot tubs that overlook the rocky mountains from high up.
The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. The on-site restaurant is excellent, with fresh, flavorful dishes and a great atmosphere even when dining solo. The restaurant also has carefully picked menus that change with the season.
If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic, and refreshing getaway, this place is a gem.
